Who handles your information
WuWei Logic is independently operated by Ellen, based in Beijing, China. Ellen is the routine administrator of the website and business mailbox. For privacy questions or requests, email ellen.ttzz@gmail.com. Hosting, email and other technical providers may process information to operate their services.
Business enquiries
The contact form collects your name, business email, organisation or project, website, offer and audience, and the visibility gap you describe. A public proof link, timing and budget indication are optional. We also record submission time, the page used, browser and device information, and your privacy acknowledgement. Fluent Forms stores entries in this WordPress website’s database; Ellen uses them to assess fit, respond and keep a record of the conversation.
Provide only your own business contact information. Do not include other people’s personal data, customer records, passwords or confidential material. Proof is collected as a public URL, not a file upload. Do not send private sharing links or links containing access tokens.
The form uses a hidden spam-trap field and token-based spam protection. Form-level IP logging and form analytics are disabled. This does not mean that the hosting or security infrastructure keeps no technical logs. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails, and we do not sell enquiry information.
Email and service providers
The website runs on WordPress hosted with Hostinger. Fluent Forms manages the business contact form. Website notifications alert Ellen to new submissions; normal correspondence is handled through the Gmail address above. Infrastructure providers may receive connection information, including IP address, browser details, requested URL and time, to deliver and protect their services.
Third-party resources, such as externally hosted fonts or embedded content when present, may contact their providers when loaded. Following an external link takes you to a separate service with its own privacy practices. We do not control those services.
Information may be accessed by Ellen in China and processed by providers in other countries. This notice does not promise that all data remains in your country. If your organisation needs particular contractual or international-transfer arrangements, discuss them before sharing restricted information.
AI-assisted work and human responsibility
AI may assist repetitive preparation and drafting work. Ellen remains responsible for reviewing business communications and proposed deliverables. Identifiable enquiries and confidential client material are not submitted to external AI services by default. A different use would require a separate discussion and agreement. We do not describe all AI-assisted work as offline or confined to a local device.
Existing reading tools
The following tools have different data flows from the business contact form. Do not enter sensitive or confidential information into them.
- I Ching Decision Compass: the reading interaction runs in your browser. If you use its update-subscription form, the website stores your email, question, selected obstacle and stage, hexagram identifier and submission time so an update can relate to the requested reading.
- Poetry Wallpaper: image rendering takes place in your browser. Downloading sends a usage record containing the entered text, selected style, image size, time and an IP-derived hash. A hash is not the same as a guarantee of anonymity.
Existing tool records have no automatic expiry configured. You may request deletion using the contact email above. These tool records are not treated as consent to receive unrelated business marketing.
How long information is kept
For business enquiries that do not become an engagement, Ellen will review and remove the enquiry and related mailbox copies six months after the last meaningful contact, unless there is a documented continuing purpose, legal requirement or dispute. This is a manual retention process, not an automatic deletion feature.
For an active engagement, necessary project records and retention expectations are agreed as part of the work, subject to applicable legal obligations. Existing tool records follow the separate position explained above. Provider backups and technical logs may follow their own retention cycles; we do not promise immediate erasure from every backup.
Your choices and requests
You can ask what enquiry information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email ellen.ttzz@gmail.com with enough context to identify the record. We may need proportionate confirmation of identity and will explain any information that must be retained. Rights and response requirements depend on the law that applies to the request.
If you decline a proposed engagement or ask us to stop, we will not continue promotional follow-up. You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority where applicable.
Changes to this notice
This notice will be updated when the website’s actual data use changes. The effective date above identifies this version. For questions before submitting information, contact Ellen by email.
Comments, cookies and technical data
If you leave a comment, WordPress may collect the fields shown in the comment form, the comment itself, IP address and browser information for moderation and spam prevention. Approved comments and any name or website you choose to publish can be visible to others. Do not post private information in a public comment.
WordPress uses cookies for logged-in administration and may offer a cookie to remember comment details if you choose that option. Caching, security or embedded services may also use technical storage. The public business contact form does not require a visitor account. This notice is not a claim that the entire website is cookie-free.
